About The Position
The Human Resources Manager will provide support in all areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, employment, record maintenance, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, training, database administration, and special projects. The HR Manager will support the Franklin, OH facility in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with Faurecia’s policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to align business objectives with human resources strategies that support the annual Plant Improvement Plan objectives in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and organizational development. The HR Manager will recommend action plans and participate in their deployment, work with cross-functional teams, other plant HR teams, Division, and Country HR members to ensure the effective delivery of HR support and services to the business, maintain the HR department budget, counsel management on Federal and State Employment law, ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations, manage industrial relations with local employee representatives, and ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
