About The Position
The Human Resources Manager at Alexandria Transit Company (ATC) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all human resources programs. This role supports both ATC and its subsidiary, Transit Management of Alexandria (TMA), by overseeing employee benefits, compliance, performance management, recruitment, staffing, and various HR initiatives. The HR Manager works closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and support organizational objectives.
