Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management within YWCA York, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, compliance, and strategic workforce planning, with a strong focus on aligning HR practices with the Association's mission of empowering women and promoting social justice across diverse communities. All YWCA York employees are expected to commit themselves to fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace culture, in support of the YWCA’s values of eliminating racism and empowering women.
