Responsible for the coordination of the firm’s personnel operations. Provides HR program development, improvement and evaluation. Formulates HR program policies and procedures. Provides technical assistance regarding human resource issues. Compiles and analyzes data for administrative decisions. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Maintains the firm’s core values of honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and client commitment in order to support a positive work environment.
