Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources required.
• Bachelors Degree required.

Nice To Haves

• SHRM-CP or PHR - Professional in Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with HR Director the campus HR manager leads the HR team assisting employees at all levels in the areas of talent acquisition and management, workforce planning and development, leadership development, employee engagement events and activities, performance management and employee relations.
• Responsible for providing leadership and project coordination for the campus HR staff that support KHMC facilities and Kettering College.
