Brings proven experience in HR or recruitment and possesses in-depth knowledge of both state and federal HR regulations. Key responsibilities include managing employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, unemployment claims, workplace investigations, and other HR compliance-related duties, as well as resolving workplace conflicts. The HR manager excels at building positive relationships and demonstrates a detail-oriented, adaptable mindset to effectively support a dynamic workforce.
