The Job: As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll be part of our HRBP Global Supply Chain team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Employee Experience : Drive clear communication and employee engagement throughout the facility by fostering open and honest communication channels. Change Management : Act as a change agent to the business and implement processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation. Business Partnering & Employee Relations : Support various business partners by providing human resource advice, counsel, and decisions in relation to performance management, investigations, mediation, and coaching to improve the effectiveness and engagement of leaders and teams. Talent Management Planning and Analysis : Apply strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth. Total Rewards : Manage the site’s compensation, reward, and recognition program and make sound recommendations that align with the overall total rewards strategy. Workforce Planning & Management : Support business leaders in achieving balanced staffing levels with the volume of work being produced to deliver business results. Recruiting responsibility for the hourly workforce to achieve those goals. Learning & Development : Assess training needs and recommend and implement training solutions. Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process standardization and automation and drive appropriate solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • At least 5 plus years of progressive HR experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Union experience is required and manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization.
  • Must possess excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and complete projects.
  • Must be professional and customer focused.
  • Ability to manage confidentiality at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
