The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) department provides day-to-day HR support to employees and the line leadership . This role focuses on employee relations, staffing, workforce planning, and engagement, ensuring the department has the right people, skills and culture to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for HR matters within the MHE & AGV department. Partner with the line leadership to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that promotes a superior employee experience. Support department workforce planning for shift coverage, attrition management, and future staffing needs. You will also be responsible for site recruiting working with the site recruitment coordinator and central team. Partner with department leadership on performance management, employee concerns, lead and close out investigations, and drive compliance with company policies and standards. Partner with the site nurse to effectively manage department specific FMLA, short term / long term disability cases(DB) and interactive process(IP). Lead the site's Be at my Best program.
