Maple Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who is ready to lead their own department to support the organization’s continued growth and operational complexity. This role serves as a corporate people leader with direct responsibility for leadership guidance, compliance oversight, and execution of core HR programs across all restaurants and corporate teams. The Human Resources Manager partners closely with executive leadership, operations, culinary, and corporate leaders to ensure consistent application of employment practices, minimize legal risk, and strengthen leadership capability in a chef driven, high performance hospitality environment. Hospitality experience in chef led organizations is required. Learning and development experience is a plus.
