POSITION PURPOSE The Manager, Division HR supports the local retail division with several locations in all aspects of Human Resources programs, practices, and strategy. This includes oversight of programs related to: Employee Relations Recruiting, Staffing, and Employment Compensation and Benefits Education and Training Policy Implementation and Enforcement Legal Compliance Record Retention The Manager HR serves as a leader in change management and influences senior division leaders to drive results and achieve strategic goals.
