The HR Manager serves in a dual-capacity role within the organization, balancing responsibilities as a strategic Senior HR Generalist and as the leader of the company’s Talent Acquisition function. Approximately half of the role focuses on delivering strategic and hands‑on HR support across multiple divisions. The remaining time is dedicated to overseeing Talent Acquisition - providing direction to recruiters, enhancing hiring processes, and ensuring the organization effectively attracts and secures top talent. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building strong partnerships across the business, and brings expertise in both HR operations and recruiting leadership.
