The HR Manager acts as both a strategic partner and hands-on leader, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. This role collaborates with Operations, Finance, Sales, and other departments in our Inspection & Rehab North America business units to deliver impactful HR solutions and support organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 4 years in a leadership or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law compliance, talent development, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (primarily domestic).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Lead talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Serve as a Talent Coach to leaders, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Champion talent initiatives across the business unit.
