About The Position

PanCare is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and deliver a consistent, supportive, and compliant employee experience across the organization. This role partners closely with leaders and employees to strengthen recruiting and onboarding, benefits and leave administration, performance management, employee relations, training, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a service mindset, and the ability to balance people needs with policy, documentation, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and performance management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification preferred(SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations and execution of HR programs including talent acquisition, compensation support, benefits and leave, employee relations, investigations, performance management, employee engagement, recognition, training, and development.
  • Demonstrates professional discretion and confidentiality with employee, leader, department and organizational information.
  • Supervise and develop the HR team including coaching, assigning work, monitoring, performance, and ensuring cross training and coverage.
  • Support the implementation, communication, and ongoing administration of the employee handbook, policies, and procedures. Provide policy interpretation and guidance to leaders and employees.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and support leadership and workforce training initiatives as assigned.
  • Administer the leave process from initial employee notice through return to work, including collecting required documentation, determining eligibility, coordinating approvals, tracking leave usage, and supporting return-to-work processes.
  • Oversee new hire benefits enrollment and the processing of qualifying life event changes. Provide support for annual open enrollment and employee benefit questions.
  • Support performance review processes, including manager guidance, completion tracking, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate and support employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary action documentation, and workplace investigations. Ensure issues are handled consistently and appropriately, escalating sensitive matters as needed.
  • Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs and organize programs that support employee growth and organizational capability.
  • Collaborate with Quality/Risk Management on operational needs including employee injuries, incident reporting, and audit support (including HRSA and AAAHC).
  • Maintain shared ownership of ADP processes and data integrity, including HR transactions, workflows, approvals, reporting, and routine audits of HR data and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects, meetings, trainings, communications, and employee surveys.
  • Stay current on applicable employment laws and regulations and support compliance through policy execution, training completion, proper documentation, and sound HR practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR priorities with operational and strategic goals.
