We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager responsibilities include supporting the mission of Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland (LSMMD) by providing professional human resources services to team members and managers. This includes key HR functions such as benefits, HRIS, onboarding, team member relations, performance management, compliance, and training support. As part of our caring and purpose-driven organization, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and team members. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
