About The Position
At Rimrock Trails Treatment Services, our mission is to improve the lives of those struggling with mental health and substance use by providing timely access to compassionate and effective behavioral healthcare. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. This role involves recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees; consulting with executive management on strategic planning; and serving as a link between the organization's management and its employees, providing support regarding personnel and professional matters.
