  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • 2+ years in a relevant Human Resources role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, HR Management, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the head of colleague engagement, empowering every colleague at Thompson Dallas to do their best work and create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Collaborate with various departments to model and reinforce values of Respect, Humility, Integrity, Creativity, and Fun.
  • Respond to colleague inquiries via digital and in-person channels.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Team to execute, develop, and improve HR processes.
  • Lead training and development efforts, including facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Process payroll.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee functions and suggestion programs.
  • Champion recognition programs, colleague events, and workplace experience.
  • Create social media content and drive engagement across platforms.
  • Administer employee changes in HR database with accuracy.
  • Support the delivery of HR processes and programs.
  • Support operational efforts through proper staffing and training of associates.
  • Champion and monitor training programs and materials.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community to establish Thompson Dallas as the employer of choice.
