About The Position
The HR Manager will oversee and drive HR processes, policies, and strategic initiatives to support business objectives. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional who can partner with leaders, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure HR standardization within the shared service organization. This position reports directly to the Nidec Americas Holding Corporation ('NAHC') shared service organization President.
