About The Position
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions within a manufacturing plant in Charlotte, NC. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and managing employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. The HR Manager will work closely with plant management and report to the HR Director, while also maintaining a strong relationship with the Plant Manager.
