The HR Manager is tasked with ensuring that people initiatives are not only aligned with business objectives but also drive an inclusive and positive workplace culture. The position requires a proactive approach to employee engagement, utilizing data and trends to create a positive employee relations strategy. This includes executing the annual site engagement action plan and maintaining an effective Affirmative Action Program to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The HR Manager also acts as a liaison with various departments, including Worker's Compensation, Compensation, Employee Relations, Loss Prevention, Leave of Absence, and Benefits, to address employee inquiries and concerns effectively.
