About The Position
The HR Manager position at Festival Foods is responsible for delivering all aspects of the HR function to an assigned store location. This key leadership role focuses on all associate-related matters to ensure a productive, engaging, compliant, and best-in-class workforce. The HR Manager will think strategically, use data to guide decisions, and cultivate talent within the store. This position builds strong relationships with the in-store leadership team and all associates, working closely with the Support Office to develop strategies on recruitment, associate development, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
