About The Position
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. Under general supervision, serves as a primary contact for HR related matters at Edwards AFB, CA. The Human Resource Manager will collaborate with leadership to shape our long-term vision and drive transformative HR initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment. Demonstrate exceptional leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, alongside a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. Uses established policies and procedures and subject matter knowledge to support, or individually perform, a variety of specialized administrative services.
