We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager – United States to be a part of our growing United States business. The Human Resources Manager – United States will provide leadership and oversight of all Human Resource functions including but not limited to employee / labor relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and talent development within Perma-Pipe’s operations in the United States. Using a data-driven approach, they will partner with senior leaders to identify human resources needs that support business strategy. This role will direct and coordinate human resources activities in compliance with company philosophy, objectives, and legal requirements, and recommend and direct the implementation of programs and policies that create or reinforce positive employee experience. The role will support both plant and sales business groups. The role is situated in Lebanon Tennessee with occasional travel.
