The HR Manager - Team Member Relations & Compliance is a new role which will have a significant impact on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The HR Manager will provide support relating to all aspects of team member relations, effectively managing team member complaints, investigations, performance improvement plans, and associated terminations. Additionally, the HR Manager will manage HR compliance items such as annual harassment compliance, annual compliance forms, and review and implementation of the team member manual. This role is critical to ensuring the firm is compliant with employment and labor laws and that all team member relations processes follow the firm's policies and procedures, legal guidelines, and best practices.
