About The Position
The Human Resources Manager at Asian Law Caucus (ALC) is a pivotal role focused on shaping a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. This position is responsible for leading talent management, recruitment, and employee training and development initiatives, while fostering employee engagement and support. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer and another HR Manager to build systems that align with ALC's values and ensure employee success.
