Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) invites applications for the position of Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition Management (MGR 170) in the Office of Human Resources. The Human Resources Manager -Talent Acquisition Management is responsible for the full scope of activities related to the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment plan for non-instructional staff positions in AFSCME, SCUPA, University Nurses (OPEIU) and University Police (SPFPA and POA), and Non-represented employees with a focus on increasing the diversity of applicant pools for these positions. This position develops, reviews, and maintains job descriptions for staff, administrators, managers, and non-instructional faculty members. This position is also responsible for performing job classification analyses. This position also ensures that talent acquisition management initiatives align with HR departmental and operational needs as well as the overall needs of the University and serves as lead for all recruitment functions. This is a non-represented management position.
