About The Position
Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a proactive and team-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between management and employees, ensuring that all HR functions are executed efficiently and effectively. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries, interpreting contracts, and facilitating conflict resolution. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practices, as well as the ability to communicate these effectively to both current and prospective employees. In this role, you will ensure that all personnel changes are accurately documented and that employee files are maintained in an up-to-date manner. You will also play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating legal risks, ensuring compliance with EEO, ERISA, and Wage & Hour regulations. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the employee complaint process to uphold fairness and consistency within the organization. Additionally, you will manage all aspects of the staffing process, including pre-employment testing, interviews, and reference checks, while coordinating new employee orientation programs. Your responsibilities will also include handling payroll processing and addressing any benefit-related issues that may arise. You will communicate and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives, collaborating with Division HR on succession planning and talent acquisition strategies. Conducting employee training sessions on various topics, including benefits enrollment and harassment prevention, will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will analyze turnover and compensation data for corporate reporting, uphold employee confidentiality, and ensure adherence to safety and company regulations while performing your duties.
