About The Position

The Human Resources Manager at Levy is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and engagement of staff to create exceptional experiences for guests. This role requires a dynamic HR professional who can act as both a subject matter expert and a strategic partner, influencing all levels of the business.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience with staffing in the hospitality space
  • Experience managing large scale projects
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the end-to-end recruiting process including requisition management, posting advertisements, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Actively monitor time to fill for open positions and collaborate with in-unit teams on recruiting strategies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment/staffing plans in partnership with managers.
  • Partner with management teams to structure onboarding and orientation training for new team members.
  • Design and implement optimal labor models for the local market and drive reduction of reliance on temp labor.
  • Assist locations with preparing staffing strategies for existing and future needs and increase local presence in the community.
  • Work with Regional HR to ensure robust recruitment and retention standards are maintained.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulations, laws, and best practices in HR compliance.
  • Support new business openings and assist in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and deploy an employee engagement action plan.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with HR policies and procedures.
