About The Position

To provide primary care services to meet the physical as well as social health needs of individuals and families, promoting health maintenance, providing timely diagnostics, treatment and referral services. To emphasize preventive care through patient and community education to help individuals become aware and responsible for their own health behaviors. To employ an interdisciplinary team approach in collaboration with other community providers to provide a continuum of appropriate patient/family-oriented care in a cost-effective manner.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of 3- 5 years of human resource management experience preferred.
HR Experience within the healthcare industry required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
