About The Position
Lending Pros is a dynamic and growing mortgage brokerage firm based in Southfield, MI. We’re passionate about helping our clients find the best home loan solutions—and that means building the best team. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive HR Director/Office Administrator to support our team and drive our talent acquisition strategy. As our HR Director/Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing office functions, and playing a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, initiative, and strong people skills.
