About The Position
The Human Resources Manager manages all aspects of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding and orientation, compensation, health and wellness benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations, leave of absence management and legal compliance. As a leader of our culture, the Human Resources Manager will ensure a seamless employee experience, providing excellent service to all employees. Additionally, this role requires the use of confidentiality and integrity with regards to all employee interactions and matters. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and Hotel General Manager. This position is required to work in person at the Limelight Hotel in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The budgeted salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
