Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner/ Director, this position is responsible for providing professional and managerial support and ensures that the highest degree of professionalism and service to the HR Business Partner/ Director supporting the Faculty Practice Group. This role will provide high-performing, employee-oriented services focusing on the customer, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the engagement and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This position assists with coordinating and implementing services, policies and programs through HR service areas and assists leaders on an array of HR matters. Acts as a liaison with all HR Department (Benefits, Compensation, HCM, HRIC, Employee/Labor Relations, etc.). Prepares and analyzes various reports necessary for hospital/business initiatives.
