About The Position
The Human Resources Manager will assist in carrying out the daily activities of the Human Resources office including the benefits program, which include retirement plans, leave policies, paid time off, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, disability, and workers compensation and assist in carrying out the daily activities of the Human Resources. Additionally, he/she will focus on supporting the Human Resources department to deliver services that meet or exceed the needs of Associates and enable business success and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa operating procedures.
