About The Position

The Human Resources Manager at PAM Health is responsible for overseeing HR functions within the assigned hospital(s), ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves managing HR policies, programs, and practices while serving as a resource for management and an advocate for employees. The HR Manager will play a key role in employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of related experience with progressive responsibilities within the human resource function required.
  • Extensive related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR Certification or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare HR management.
  • Advanced certifications in HR management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource for management and an employee champion.
  • Assess and anticipate HR-related needs and formulate partnerships across the organization.
  • Administer, coordinate, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices within the assigned hospital(s).
  • Plan, organize, develop, implement, coordinate, and manage various complex human resource interventions.
  • Oversee benefits, compensation, employment, employee development, employee relations, and compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • Make significant human resource decisions within the facility or provide recommendations to the facility CEO and/or corporate HR.
