Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support hospitals in Kansas. The HR Manager will support up around 250 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors and frontline employees across several hospitals in the state.

support, engage, and help retain staff
support managers and clients with HR related tasks and employee engagements
work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

have an extensive background in human resources support and/or management
employee relations and conflict resolution experience
are an expert in labor laws
are tech-savvy with the ability to pick up software quickly
have a valid driver's license - acceptable driver's license record check is required
