About The Position

This is an on-site position Sodexo has an opportunity for an experienced human resources professional to join the team as a Human Resources Manager 2 at University Hospitals located in Cleveland, OH. The HR Manager will provide generalist support to Food Services, Facilities Management, and Environmental Services (EVS) managers, supervisors, and frontline employees. This role will ensure adherence to all Sodexo policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and retention. Position focuses on hourly workforce and may or may not include union accounts. The ideal candidate will be an experienced human resources professional with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
