The Human Resources Leadership Development Program is a full-time, dynamic, 3-year rotational program designed to develop individuals entering the human resources field into future leaders. The program provides you with exposure to essential departments while honing Human Resources skills. You will participate in accelerated development through compelling and challenging work, career coaching, networking, and exposure to senior leadership. Roles and work will vary depending on rotation: Human Resources Business Partner, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and more. This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days will be remote Work From Home days. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles.

Requirements

  • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
  • Have a willingness to relocate to the Hartford, CT area (if needed)
  • Internship or work experience supporting the Human Resources functions of an organization or group area. Examples include recruiting, interviewing, benefits, training, or strategic planning.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated comfort with technology and emerging tools, including an interest in how AI and digital solutions can enhance HR practices and the future of work
  • Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports
  • Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
