About The Position

Samaritan Bethany is seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader to join their leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing all human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The Human Resources Leader will develop policies and programs to effectively manage the organization's workforce and ensure alignment with the strategic plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required (BBA or BHRM).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Knowledge and proficiency in recruitment strategies, employment laws, compensation and benefits, and employee relations practices.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and develop a team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in public speaking and working with diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of human resource matters including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate organization-wide efforts to align human resources programs with the strategic plan.
• Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of people resources.
• Lead initiatives to maintain effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning.
