As HR Lead for North America, you will lead and inspire the NA HR Community at argenx, fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and shared purpose. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration or HR preferred
  • 15 plus years progressive HR experience inclusive of experience leading Human Resource teams; Biotech experience preferred
  • Global perspective gained through international experience working for an international organization, with a preference for those who have lived and worked abroad.

  • S trategic advisor , innovative thinker and thought partner to leaders (people and team) , with a focus on community engagement.

  • Travel requirements: 20-40% of time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the argenx US General Manager, driving global and regionally specific culture, people, and organizational strategies . This role will work closely with the HRBP for the US Commercial and Medical Affairs organization .
  • Champion the development and engagement of the NA HR Community , which includes HRBPs, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, HRIS and Operations, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition.
  • Act as a key member on the global Commercialization HR team, co-creating and collaborating to drive business, culture, and talent impact, advancing our “One global Company – One global Plan.”
  • Empower, develop, and inspire a high-performing NA HR team as the Community Lead , fostering a sense of belonging and collective achievement within the NA broader Community.
  • Lead from Boston, MA, serving as a visible and accessible leader for the NA HR Community .
