This position provides overall assistance to the Human Resources department by working on a variety of HR projects to gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of Humans Resources. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-10% travel required.
  • Ability to work between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential for nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Work with FTI’s entire Talent team on relevant company-wide initiatives as required.
  • Support talent acquisition, screening/interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using various recruiting resources.
  • Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Assist Talent Manager with tactical duties, including scheduling phone screens and onsite interviews.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs.
  • Attend weekly staffing meetings.
  • Help develop sourcing strategies and assist with talent initiatives.
  • Support Division goals by working directly with managers on policy administration, employee relations, and training.
  • Process candidates after interviewing and complete new hire paperwork as needed.
  • Provide guidance and interpretation to hiring managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and attend campus events and job shadowing as needed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of various HR laws, practices, procedures, and trends.
  • Participate in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program.
  • Consult with leadership to stay abreast of business strategy and talent needs.
  • Collaborate with leaders to guide effective management of job performance.
  • Administer employment-related actions such as changes to roles and compensation.
  • Facilitate conversations with employees regarding career advancement and learning opportunities.
  • Recommend improvements to policies and procedures to enhance employee experience.
  • Execute special projects on behalf of the Talent Operations leader.
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist with HRIS processes.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers regarding talent operations.
  • Facilitate the new hire process and monitor pre-employment items.
  • Process termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and employee records.
  • Provide general customer service regarding company benefits and assist with related paperwork.
  • Support the administration of leaves of absence and facilitate the open enrollment process.
  • Participate in and/or coordinate learning and development sessions and events.
