This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is passionate about HR, eager to learn, and interested in contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company events and wellness programs.
  • Help maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, including an internal employee file audit.
  • Assist in training and development programs, including tracking employee progress and gathering feedback.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to HR team members in various projects and daily tasks.
  • Help manage HR software systems, data entry, and report generation.
