We are too! Ready to launch your HR career? Join us as a Human Resources Intern and become an essential part of our fun, energetic, 4-person HR Operations team! You'll support a variety of functions—including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and data management—while getting hands-on experience with the day-to-day workings of HR in a manufacturing environment. From maintaining employee records to helping with key HR initiatives, you'll get a front-row seat to the inner workings of a busy HR department. Plus, you'll work closely with our HR Director, HR/Recruiting Manager, HR Manager, and HR Generalist—plenty of mentorship, and no shortage of acronyms. If you're curious about how HR works in a manufacturing setting and want to learn a lot while having some fun along the way, we'd love to meet you! Location: Grand Rapids Campus Shift: Day Target Pay: $18-$21 / hour. The target starting base hourly wage for this position is $18-$21 / hour.
