As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist with the HR team in a variety of projects/tasks that will cover a broad set of HR disciplines including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. You will participate in the onboarding of new employees and have the opportunity to work across the HR department to gain a broad understanding of the different specialties and functions within HR. Additionally, you will analyze data, generate reports, and implement process improvements, support system improvements, and assist in investigating, resolving and/or escalating HRIS issues, as well as assist on HR special projects.
