About The Position

Join our team as a Summer HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in talent management, early careers, HR digital transformation and global HR projects. You'll work closely with our Talent and HR Digital Teams on key projects. Our team offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment, hands-on experience in various HR areas, mentorship from experienced HR professionals, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects while being exposed to HR technologies and digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Interest in HR, eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment; collaborative spirit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Responsibilities

• Assist the team working on performance management and leadership development programs
• Help plan and execute our Early Careers orientation week and other engagement activities
• Support ongoing projects as we work to automate, simplify and leverage AI to improve current processes and the employee experience
• Contribute to project management activities including planning, managing deliverables, communications and change management activities
