This HR Intern will provide support for and get exposure to various HR activities, including recruiting, HR Information Systems (HRIS), new hire onboarding/orientation, learning and development, employee communication, employee engagement, performance management, diversity, equity, & inclusion initiatives, and organizational design. The intern will also attend and actively participate in monthly meetings, prepare and deliver presentations around their internship experience, and engage with the intern community at Albany International.
