About The Position

Human Resource Department employees build capability to hasten the cause of the Master. We draw, enable, and improve talent in the Church workforce and shape the Church's work environment, empowering employees to give their best to the Lord. This HR Intern role is an exciting opportunity to learn and provide core HR support for the Family History Department as they strive to move the work of the Lord forward. This position will report to the HR Generalist and is on the Family History Department HR Operations Team. This position is primarily for providing valuable educational experiences for the Intern. It is to give the Intern an opportunity to see how principles and practices learned in their educational institutions are applied in actual work settings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an educational institution related to Human Resources or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and apply HR principles in a practical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide core HR support for the Family History Department.
• Assist in applying HR principles and practices in actual work settings.
• Perform work as assigned by the department under general supervision.
