Our customers include industry leaders like DPR, JE Dunn, and Skanska. We're seeking a Human Resources Intern to join the Dusty Robotics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an undergraduate student or recent graduate interested in a career in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup environment. As an HR Intern, you'll support day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle - from recruiting coordination and onboarding to documentation and internal operations. You'll work closely with the Operations and People team to help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every candidate and employee.

  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing logistics
  • Prepare onboarding materials such as offer letters, orientation guides, and welcome kits
  • Support first-day activities by setting up workspaces, welcoming new hires, and conducting office tours
  • Maintain and organize digital employee records in the HRIS and Google Drive
  • Collaborate with the People team to document and enhance repeatable HR processes (SOPs)
  • Contribute to internal projects and initiatives to support company growth and scalability
  • Assist with basic IT onboarding tasks, such as laptop setup and account provisioning
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program (HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains discretion and handles sensitive information with professionalism
  • Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Rippling, or other HRIS platforms
  • Interest in light IT coordination (e.g., basic laptop setup and troubleshooting)
