About The Position

Carrier is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Internship in Summer 2025, aimed at developing future HR leaders. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions within a collaborative and innovative environment, focusing on integrity, respect, inclusion, and excellence.

Requirements

• Pursuing a master's degree in human resources, industrial or organizational psychology, industrial & labor relations, or other business concentration.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Expected graduation date in late 2025 or mid-2026.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in HR.
• Complete assignments in diverse functional areas of Human Resources.
