About The Position

This is a full-time internship starting June 3, 2025 and ending December 12, 2025.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the management of employee records and HR databases.
  • Supports the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
  • Helps maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assists in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
  • Participates in the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Assists in the evaluation of employee training needs and program effectiveness.
  • Supports the coordination of performance management processes.
  • Helps create materials for employee development initiatives.
  • Assists in resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Supports the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Helps gather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
  • Assists in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
  • Helps coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
  • Supports the posting and management of job postings.
  • Participates in recruitment events and employer branding activities.
