This internship will provide support to CSM's Human Resources team, with a focus on various HR initiatives. These initiatives include employee engagement, HR compliance, supporting the intern program execution, and other HR related projects. The intern will gain an understanding of how HR impacts various aspects of the employee lifecycle in the property management and hospitality industries. The learning process will incorporate a combination of hands-on experience, mentoring and supervision from the Director of Development & Engagement and Manager of Talent Acquisition as well as practical assignments. By the end of the internship, the intern will have a broad understanding of Human Resource compliance, employee engagement, internal communications and gained exposure to a variety of different tools and methods used to support employees from all business lines.
