Our 6-12 month internship is designed to give you exposure to a variety of HR functions - from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. This is your chance to develop real skills, work alongside experienced HR professionals, and make a meaningful impact every day.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or current student in Human Resources or Business.
  • Curiosity and foundational knowledge of HR areas like talent acquisition, compensation, or employee engagement.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations (or willingness to learn quickly!).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel - bonus points if you’ve used online HR or payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
  • Great communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal - to connect with employees and leaders alike.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key support to our HR team - handle filing, scanning, uploading documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Get involved in major HR programs - recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, leave management, safety/workers comp, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support payroll functions when needed, learning how HR and payroll work together to keep things running smoothly.
